HL-0747-S is a polyolefin-based hot melt adhesive designed for general product assembly applications which require long open times. When applied with a spray system, the open time approaches a full minute. When applied in a bead, open time can exceed two minutes. HL-0747-S displays excellent specific adhesion to a variety of substrates including many painted and unpainted metal surfaces, many urethane foam materials, wood and other cellulosic materials, and many plastics.

Typical End Uses
Mattress assembly and general assembly. The surface of HL-0747-S will become tacky at temperatures over 210 f while maintaining its physical form. Actual melting of the adhesive takes place at a much higher temperature.
