HL-6369 is a unique hot melt adhesive that utilizes recrystallizing technology to yield an extended open time, excellent hot tack, and high as well as low-temperature resistance. It shows good adhesion to metal, many plastics, ceramic, and wood products. In use, HL-6369 applies much like a conventional hot melt. Upon cooling, it resembles an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive with good wet out and initial tack. Over the next several hours, HL-6369 goes through a recrystallization that reduces surface tack while greatly increasing bond strength and heat resistance.

Typical End Uses
HL-6369 is perhaps the most versatile hot melt in the H.B. Fuller line. It has specific adhesion to a wide variety of materials from metal to wood to untreated polypropylene. Its low application viscosity and extremely long open time, coupled with excellent heat and cold resistance, has permitted HL-6369 to replace solvent-based contact cement spray systems. End uses have included plastic part assembly, insulation bonding, ceramic bonding, and many uses in the heating and cooling industry.

Complies with UL 1995, Standard for Heating and Cooling Equipment, and UL 727, Standard for Oil-Fired Central Furnaces, etc.
